Research in his laboratory spans from molecule-to-person-to-community with the overall goal of optimizing lifestyle interventions for the treatment and prevention of type 2 diabetes. This research is important for individuals living with obesity as it helps to develop, and scientifically test, novel diet and exercise strategies that can reduce, or even reverse, cardiometabolic disease.
