Conference Connections is a new initiative which aims to connect students, researchers and professionals during the 6th Canadian Obesity Summit hosted in Ottawa this April 2019.
This program is a wonderful opportunity to expand your professional network and make a meaningful connection by being paired with a colleague who shares similar research or professional interests.
If you register for this program, you will be matched with an attendee whose contact information will be shared with you by e-mail prior to the Summit. At that point, we recommend that you reach out to your match to arrange a meeting during the conference. We encourage you to engage in a broad range of activities together, such as discussing potential collaborations, exploring mentorship opportunities, and socializing over health breaks.
