Today’s post comes from Audrey St-Laurent. Audrey is a PhD Candidate in the Department of Nutrition at Laval University. She is also the current Chair of the OC-SNP National Executive.
The OC-SNP National Executive just wrapped up their annual Infographic Competition during which students and new professionals across Canada were invited to submit creative and informative obesity-related infographics. From June 1st to June 6th, 2021, OC-SNP social media followers voted for their favorite of three infographics. The results are now in, and we are pleased to announce the top 3 winners!
Congratulations to Arin Deveci from the University of Toronto who was awarded first place! Arin will receive one free registration to the 8th Canadian Obesity Summit.
Congratulations to Shayna Cummings from Lakehead University and to Emilia Grindlay from the University of Alberta who were awarded second and third place, respectively. Each will receive an e-gift card of 25$ to Indigo.
The OC-SNP National Executive would like to thank those who submitted an infographic, as well as everyone who took the time to vote on the submissions.
